A three story and 10,120 sqft building in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. What used to be the old house of the Berrocal’s family will now welcome Brega Bien’s friends and family to host a community program.
The project scope of work includes renewal and repairs of existing facilities, build two new stair cases to meet code and accommodate the program different uses; library, workshops, exhibition hall, lecture hall, administration offices, conference room, kitchenette, media and music studio, radio station, roof terraces and a patio as a public space for congregation.
